Stromno is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Stromno. This Privacy Policy applies to all Stromno products and services, including, but not limited to, the site located at stromno.com, Stromno Apple Watch App, Stromno Samsung Galaxy Watch App, Stromno mobile app.

 

What information we collect:

• When creating an account on the website you will need to enter an email address. 

• When creating an account with social media links, the information collected will be listed in the permission request.

• When purchasing something or subscribing for services, you will need to enter information for transactions. As payments are handled by the third-party, all information entered in the payment form may be accessed and stored by Stromno and third-party payment providers used (e.g. Apple Watch app payments will be handled by Apple Pay and you should check its Terms and Privacy regarding your personal information too, Samsung Galaxy Watch App will be handled by Samsung Galaxy Store). 

• When all permissions are granted and you use Stromno (Apple Watch App, Samsung Galaxy Watch App, mobile app, another wearable OS app) to stream your heart rate, we receive and collect this information. Do not use Stromno if you do not want heart rate data to be stored.

• When you contact support(via email, Twitter, or Discord), we can ask you to provide more information, including, but not limited to, screenshots, photos of devices used with Stromno, devices models, OS versions you use with Stromno. Information provided to our support service might be saved for Service improvements.

• We may collect information and content (available on public resources or shared with us) created with our Service. 

• To provide additional services we may ask you to share your site or enter additional information(such as weight for calories calculations) or ask permission(in a watch or mobile app) to share personal information, such as sex, age, weight, calories burned. 

 

Automatically collected information:

• Stromno may use third-party Analytic and Tracking systems (including, but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, FullStory) that will collect and may store information available when you are using the Service, including, but not limited to, browser, device, pages visited, and referrals, session time, site performance, etc.

• Stromno automatically collects events on the website, such as (but not limited to) page visits, widget changes, widget creation, button clicks, login-logout time, session duration.  

• If you sign up or log in with social media, we can collect more information, list of data collected will be shown with a permission request.

 

How and why do we use data:

 

• First of all, Stromno is a heart rate streaming service, so collecting and broadcasting(to your personal widget only) your heart rate data is the main task the Service is used for.

• Heart Rate data is collected and stored to be used on your personal URL(keep it private). When you are displaying your real-time heart rate on stream or any other third-party site, your heart rate data(for the period it was displayed) is manifestly made public by you as the data subject. If you share your URL with anyone, be aware that your personal data might get public on that URL and you are responsible to keep the URL private. If you shared a URL by mistake, contact us as soon as possible to keep your future data safe.

• If you authorize any third-party app (like Pulsoid with the token) it will have an access to your heart rate information; email may be shared with a third-party app too; your password won't be shared. Before authorizing or connecting any third party, make sure you can trust it with all information Stromno has and may share about you. 

• Other personal or biometric data might be used to provide a better service and experience. 

• The email address will be used to provide you secure access to your account, email may be used to communicate with you, request feedback, send service updates and news.

• Channel link if provided might be used to collect content created with our service.

• Any information we collect from your, provided by you, or collected automatically, will be used to provide a better service, troubleshoot, improve user experience, analyze service usage, and prevent malicious actions.

• Personal information, such as your email, is not shared with any third party services(except cases you provide information to third-party services on your own, such as payment details, or integration, such as Pulsoid integration with a token)

 

Data retention and deletion:

When you stop using the service, we reserve the right to store your data unless you ask it to be deleted. Contact us on Discord to get your personal information deleted. 

When you delete an account with us, we delete or anonymize the data you provided us with and the data we collected during your use of the Services. Neither you nor us will be able to restore such deleted or anonymized data. Some information(as payment information) may be kept for accounting and tax purposes even after you have deleted your account.
